These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of poolsupplymart.com and purchases from PoolSupplyMart. Please read the product listing and applicable shipping and return policies before placing an order. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Using the website
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information, and keep account credentials secure. Do not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access. You must be able to enter a purchase agreement under the laws that apply to you.
Product information and compatibility
Check the full part number, equipment model, dimensions, connections, electrical ratings and included components before buying. Product photographs and brand or model references do not independently establish compatibility. Ask us about missing listing details before placing an order.
Follow the manufacturer’s documentation and use a qualified service professional where required. Website guides provide general information and do not replace an equipment manual, inspection or professional installation advice. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; a brand reference does not by itself imply manufacturer affiliation.
Prices, availability and checkout
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Available shipping charges, taxes and the order total are shown at checkout. Review the total before submitting an order.
Use only the payment methods offered at checkout for your order. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order details and does not by itself establish that the item has shipped. Availability and order details may require review before fulfillment.
If a listing or pricing error, stock issue or delivery restriction affects an order, we will contact you about the available resolution. If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment collected for the unfulfilled order will be refunded to the original payment method. This does not limit rights available under applicable law.
Shipping
Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $30 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping where available for the products and destination. Available methods and charges are shown at checkout.
In-stock orders placed before 8 PM Eastern Time on business days usually ship the same day after payment, inventory and address checks. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays are usually processed on the next business day. Additional checks or special handling can take longer. Order changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly with your order number if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will review the order’s status. A request may no longer be possible once packing or shipment has begun; the return policy may then apply.
30-Day No-Reason Returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery without giving a reason. Eligible items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and complete, with supplied original packaging, labels and accessories. Contact us for approval and return instructions before sending an item back.
Approved returns have no restocking fee. Returned items are inspected after arrival, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your legal rights
These terms do not exclude or restrict any consumer right, warranty or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law conflicts with a provision on this page, the applicable legal requirement takes precedence.
